JITEL (Jurnal Ilmiah Telekomunikasi, Elektronika, dan Listrik Tenaga) provides open-access to its content. We define JITEL as a journal in which the copyright holder of a scientific work grants usage rights to others using an open license (Creative Commons or equivalent) which allows free direct access to the work and permits any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print , search for, or link to the full text of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for other lawful purposes.
