About the Journal

JITEL (Jurnal Ilmiah Telekomunikasi, Elektronika, dan Listrik Tenaga) is a scientific journal that contains research articles, case studies, and review articles in the field of Electrical Engineering. JITEL is published by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Politeknik Negeri Bandung. Starting from the 2026 edition, JITEL will be published three times a year, in March, July, and November. Every article published in this journal has reviewed using double-blind peer review process. JITEL has been registered with ISSN 2774-7972 (printed version) and ISSN 2775-6696 (online version). Every published article has a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from Crossref with prefix 10.35313. JITEL has been accredited Grade "4" (SINTA 4) by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. 230/E/KPT/2022 December 30, 2022 from Vol. 1 No. 1 March 2021 until Vol. 5 No. 2 September 2025.

The topics of articles accepted at JITEL include but are not limited to the following areas:

(1) Telecommunications

Antenna and Wave Propagation, Signal Modulation and Processing, Wireless and Cellular Communications, Information Theory and Coding, Electronic Communications and Microwaves, Radar Imaging, Distributed Platforms, Communications Networks and Systems, Telematics Services, Network Security, Radio Communications, and the Internet of Things (IoT).

(2) Electronics

Control Systems, Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Optimization, Embedded Systems, Distributed Control, Intelligent Control, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Instrumentation, Optical Electronics, Electronic Materials, and Sensor Networks.

(3) Power Electric
